988 DIALING CODE FOR CRISIS INTERVENTION
The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) is the lead federal agency, in partnership with the Federal Communications Commission and the Department of Veterans Affairs, working to make the promise of 988 a reality for America. SAMSHA views a 3-digit dialing code as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to strengthen and expand the existing National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.

SERVICES AVAILABLE TO EVERYONE:
- Initial Screenings and Psychosocial Assessment to help identify problems and needs.
- Development of Individualized Care Plan.
- Care Coordination.
- Individual Counseling.
- Crisis Intervention.
- Linkage and Referral to community, state, and federal resources.
- Advocacy Services.
- Recovery Oriented and Trauma Informed Approach.
- Community Engagement and Outreach.
SERVICES AVAILABLE TO PERSONS INVOLVED WITH THE JUSTICE SYSTEM:
- Help with accessing state and federal benefits after incarceration.
- Support during “Termination of Parental Rights” and “Reunification cases.”
- Attend court hearings.
- Assist with coordinating court ordered services.
- Help with trauma of incarceration.
- Wrap around services to help with getting you stabilized.
